First I want to encourage any one struggling with sin, don’t be discouraged but know God your heavenly Father will keep your faith until the end (1 Peter 1:5), if you are truly saved. And the reward of “beholding” the Glory of Jesus is worth any fight this world might throw at us. (Romans 8:18)

Second if you struggle with homosexuality know that you are not born a homosexual but just as plan old sinner along with the billions of other born on this planet in sin. You are no different when you were born than and Billy Gram, you both were born sinners and need Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of Sin, and hope of a life spent with your heavenly Father.

Third “Be killing sin or sin be killing you”(John Owen). And if sin kills you, you will go to hell for it. If you loose this battle with sin, it’s game over. Now Paul was a murderer, but by Gods grace he stop. Matthew was a stealing Tax collector, but by Gods grace repaid everyone he stole from. Mary M. was a harlot but after Jesus saved her she stop lifestyle and followed Jesus.

I would say there is no such thing as a “Christian homosexual” or “Christian murder” or “Christian rapist” or “Christian liar”, but only a Christian who loves Jesus above everything else and is willing to pluck out an eye or cut of a hand to win over the “struggle” of his or her sin. A Christian might struggle with “sin” but is not defined by it. You are either a Christian fighting sin or you are not a Christian. That is not to say that a “struggle” might take several years in the fight. But 10 years from now there had better been some changes or the lack of change will testify against you.

Matthew 11:12,

"And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.”

Luke 9:62,

But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."

1 Thessalonians 4:3,

For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality;”

1 Thessalonians 5:23-24,

Now may the God of peace Himself sanctify you completely; and may your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. He who calls you is faithful, who also will do it.”
